Refund policy

If you have any questions, concerns, or issues please contact us - we're here to help. We love our customers (you're fucking awesome!) and want you to feel good about shopping with us. If we goof up (we're magic, not perfect) we will do our best to make it right. We do our best to accurately describe our items, and clearly outline our policies so you can make an informed purchase. We want you to absolutely love everything you purchase from us, but we won't tolerate shit behavior ('Karen stories' will absolutely get shared on social media for our followers' entertainment.)

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

APPAREL:

Order cancellation must be made within 24 hours of purchase. 

ACCESSORIES:

Order cancellation must be made within 48 hours of purchase. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

 

APPAREL:

All of our apparel products are made to order so returns are ONLY accepted on damaged items, or if we send out the incorrect item. We inspect (and photograph) each and every item before we package and ship.

If an item is damaged in transit we will file a claim with the USPS, so photos of the damaged item AND packaging are required to process a return - no exceptions.

If we send an item that is not the color/size/design described in your order we will refund the purchase (upon USPS receipt of returning item/s) or issue an exchange and pay for the return shipping and resend the correct item (upon USPS receipt of returning item/s). 

Please double check your order items, and mailing address before completing purchase as we are not responsible for mistakes in selection, or shipping info. Please make use of our sizing tips, as ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a return - sorry, we can't make exceptions.  

Since you wouldn't want to buy a shirt someone else had ordered, tried on, then returned, we wouldn't expect anyone else to. All returns, misprints, or "oops" products are donated to local San Diego shelters.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Items that get returned to us due to an incorrect address will be sent back out at the buyer's expense.

Please remember that once your order is handed off to the USPS we have no control over its journey. Delayed delivery does not qualify for a refund or discount. While we will replace items that the USPS officially declares lost in transit, we have no control over packages once they are marked delivered, and are not responsible for replacing or refunding them. If you aren't going to be home, or are concerned with security, please consider an alternate address for delivery.

 

ACCESSORIES:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item is returned in the condition it was originally sent out in, and shipped back with a shipping label provided by us (no exceptions), and in the original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges EXCEPT in the case of:

  • orders that arrived damaged.
  • an incorrect item being sent due to a mistake on our part.

If an item is damaged in transit we will file a claim with the USPS, so photos of the damaged item AND damaged packaging are required to process a return - no exceptions.

If an order needs to be corrected due to a mistake on our end we will offer either an exchange for the correct item/s, which will ship when the USPS updated tracking to show that they have received the returning item/s, or a refund that will be processed when the USPS tracking shows they are in possession of the returning item/s.

All other refunds or exchanges will be processed when we receive the item back in its original condition and in its original packaging.
